Handling all incoming service calls.
Creating Work Orders, Sales Orders, and Invoices.
Maintaining established paper flow procedures.
Making customer service calls for hours, service, inspection.
Informing customers of job status.
Follow-up calls regarding customer satisfaction.
Follow-up on quoted repairs.
Maintain physical and digital service files.
Assist with receptionist duties and general office administration duties as required.
Required skills:
Strong written and verbal skills Strong Customer service skills Ability to multi-task Ability to function in fast paced environment Strong Computer skills:
Quickbooks knowledge is a Plus! Email (Outlook), MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Office, Field Service Manager is a Plus.
Strong memory retention skills Ability to contribute to TEAM environment.
