You will be required to multi-task in order to accomplish all items needed to be completed in a day.
The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, data entry, and typing and emailing estimates.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and have an eagerness to learn and excel in the position.
The person should have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, have strong attention to detail, and be customer service-oriented.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in construction, home services, or property management industries.
Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls.
Be pleasant and kind on the phone and always have a positive, helpful attitude towards customers.
Take detailed notes while on the phone with customers and project managers.
Enter all customer and project manager information into computer data base.
Provide administrative support to project managers, including typing and emailing job estimates.
Communicate and follow up with customers.
Work between departments to communicate customer information, job progress, and scheduling.
Type and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Be professional and respectful at alls times Filing Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 Years as a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant 2-3 Years Prior Experience in Construction, Home Services or Property Management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent observation and communication skills, allowing you to anticipate needs and understand instructions without constant guidance.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities enable you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities easily.
Flexible and Adaptable to jump in and out of different topics and projects daily.
Good attitude & willingness to work within a team for a common goal Strong Work Ethic Strong mindset to tackle tasks at hand Strong Communication Skills that are adaptable to each person Continuous Learner Strong Time Management Skills.
Adaptable and a willingness to learn new work and concepts.
President works hands-on in many departments and will need you to follow behind and keep up with what is going on to help be a solid support system.
MUST be professional at all times.
