Precision Machining & Stamping Metal Manufacture.
Responsibilities:
Use precision measuring instruments (ie:
micrometer, caliber, indicator, etc.
) to complete inspections Inspect parts to ensure compliance to Purchase Order and engineering drawings/specifications Review data from CMM reports and as required mechanically inspect features to confirm data.
Complete First Article Inspection report and final paperwork prior to shipment.
Communicate with machine operators and other personnel about the Quality of the parts inspected.
Qualifications:
Blueprint reading including general understanding of GD&T requirement.
Ability to use measurement instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and indicators Previous experience operating a CMM is a plus.
